New Multi Million Pound Refurbishment Project

North Ayrshire Council committed to upgrading Lambie Court and O’Connor Court at Saltcoats Ayrshire.

The council have awarded the contract to McTear Construction for all of the internal works and McTear’s have selected NPHS Fire Sprinklers Ltd to install the ICO Mist Sprinkler Fire suppression system in each of the council owned flats.

Councillor Jim Montgomerie, cabinet member for place, said: “This refurbishment of the high flats will be a major investment in the future of Lambie Court and O’Connor Court, ensuring their long-term viability for years to come.”
