NPHS has been selected to supply iCO water mist fire suppression systems for North Ayrshire Council. Brathwic Terrace is a £5 million, 34-house development project, and will be among the first new council homes built on the island. In June 2018, it became a legal requirement for all future new social housing properties in Scotland to be fitted with sprinkler systems. The project involves supplying and installing 308 residential water mist sprinkler systems to the 34 new energy-efficient homes being built.
