NPHS has been selected to supply iCO water mist fire suppression systems for North Ayrshire Council. Brathwic terrace is a £5 million, 34 house development project which will be some of the first new council homes built on the island. In June 2018 it became a legal requirement for all future new social build housing properties to be fitted with sprinkler systems by the Scottish Government. The project consists of supplying and installing 308 <a href="https://www.nphsltd.co.uk/water-mist-systems/"> residential water mist sprinkler systems</a> to the new 34 energy-efficient homes being built.
