Cheviot Court Sheltered Housing - Modernised for Safety & Comfort

Cheviot Court Sheltered Housing in Irvine has undergone a significant refurbishment, enhancing safety, comfort, and energy efficiency for its residents. Developed by Redpath Construction as part of the Framework Agreement for Sheltered Housing Refurbishment in North Ayrshire, the project delivers modernised homes for older residents. To complement the extensive renovations, NPHS installed a high-performance mist fire suppression system featuring 4 pump units and 198 strategically placed nozzles. This ensures discreet yet effective fire safety across 21 units, offering residents peace of mind in a secure and updated living environment. By integrating cutting-edge fire protection with a comprehensive refurbishment, NPHS continues to support safer and more resilient housing for communities across Scotland.
