Garven Road in Stevenston is a brand-new affordable housing development, delivered by Ashleigh Building in partnership with local authorities. With grant funding secured in August 2023, construction commenced in September 2023 and was successfully completed in September 2024, providing 20 high-quality homes for rent. The development includes a mix of general needs houses, amenity bungalows, and wheelchair-accessible homes, ensuring a diverse and inclusive community. To enhance fire safety across the project, NPHS installed an advanced mist fire suppression system featuring 20 pump units and 187 nozzles, offering discreet yet highly effective protection for residents. By integrating industry-leading fire suppression technology, NPHS ensures that Garven Road residents benefit from modern, secure, and energy-efficient homes that prioritize both safety and comfort.
