Mist Fire Protection for Wallyford Phase 5 Housing Development

NPHS was selected by CBG Construction to deliver a full-scale fire suppression and detection solution for Chapter Islington — a flagship student accommodation development in North London. Housing 665 individual living units, the project utilised a central Ultra Fog high-pressure water mist system supported by a single pump and 2,484 precision nozzles. To enhance early fire detection and system response, a VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) system was integrated with the fire alarm infrastructure. This combined approach ensures minimal water damage, ultra-fast activation, and compliance with modern fire safety regulations. Designed for both performance and discretion, this installation demonstrates NPHS’s expertise in delivering scalable, future-proof fire suppression systems for high-density residential buildings.
