Springvale Gardens - Modern Energy-Efficient Homes in Saltcoats

Springvale Gardens in Saltcoats is North Ayrshire Council’s newest housing development, delivering 14 modern and energy-efficient homes on the site of a former council depot. As part of the council’s ambitious plan to build 1,625 new homes across the region, this project includes six general needs houses, six wheelchair-accessible homes, and two amenity bungalows, ensuring accessibility and comfort for a diverse range of residents. To enhance safety and security, NPHS installed an advanced mist fire suppression system featuring 14 pump units and 128 discreet nozzles, providing reliable fire protection while maintaining the homes' modern aesthetic.
