Towerlands in Irvine is the latest addition to North Ayrshire Council’s ambitious house-building programme, providing 50 modern, affordable, and energy-efficient homes. Developed on the site of the former Towerlands Primary School, this project includes a mix of amenity bungalows, general needs houses, and wheelchair-accessible homes, ensuring a diverse and inclusive community. To enhance safety, NPHS installed a cutting-edge mist fire suppression system with 50 pump units and 454 strategically placed nozzles. This system delivers robust fire protection while maintaining the comfort and efficiency of these high-quality new homes.
