Housing development in Kilmarnock officially underway
Construction is officially underway on the brand new 101-home affordable housing development in Kilmarnock!
NPHS are delighted to be part of the delivery of this £17 million project for Connect Modular, Cunninghame Housing Association in partnership with East Ayrshire Council and The Scottish Government.
The development is the largest modular low-rise housing development in Scotland and will include a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom general needs houses constructed, together with ten amenity bungalows and five wheelchair bungalows.
All 101 units will be fitted with the industry leading ICO Mist Sprinkler system, which has been designed and installed by NPHS Fire Sprinklers Ltd.
